Q: How do I know I can trust the tradies coming to service my residence.

A: All tradies have been background checked and we are honest and a transparent business.

Q: How long does it take for service provider to contact the customer.

A: Within 1 – 2 hours of email or text received.

Q: Are there any hidden charges.

A: It is up to you as a customer to advise of all items that need to be serviced so that the tradie can quote accurately. But in some extreme cases there will be parts of the job that can’t be predicted and it’s up to you (customer) and the tradie to agree to the change of quoted price. So it will be transparent to both parties to agree before price change will occur. Normally a signature on invoice or a mutual verbal agreement is enough for these instances.

Q: How long has the business been running for.

A: JConnect started as a home theatre installation business and has now evolved into a referral business. We have over 30 years of experience. We have selected only the best service providers that are trusted in the industry.

Q: If I wanted to become a service provider, what do I need to do.

A: Send your details to info@jconnect.com.au and we will process your application within 24-48 hours after the necessary checks have been made.
